The content you create and upload to the platform (such as music, recordings, lyrics, etc.) remains your property. Harmoqee does not claim ownership of your creations. However, by uploading content to the platform, you grant Harmoqee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide and operate the platform.

This license is granted solely for the purpose of enabling Harmoqee to provide the services you request. You retain the right to withdraw your content from the platform at any time. If you delete your content from the platform, the license will be terminated.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You agree not to:

  • Upload, post, or transmit any content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or violates any applicable laws.
  • Use the platform for fraudulent or malicious activities.

You understand and agree that Harmoqee is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from:

  • Any unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate content uploaded by users.

Harmoqee offers both free and paid subscriptions. Paid subscriptions are processed via Stripe. By purchasing a paid subscription, you agree to the payment terms specified by Stripe.

We reserve the right to modify subscription fees or offer new subscription plans at any time, with or without notice.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We will notify you of significant changes to these terms, but it is your responsibility to review this page regularly for updates.
